Eighteen lucky winners walked home with gold coins, and two received prize cheques worth ₹3 lakh and ₹2 lakh at a glittering ceremony held at Hyatt Regency, Vazhuthacaud.
The 18th CREDAI Thiruvananthapuram Property Expo 2025 concluded on a high note with a grand prize distribution ceremony held on May 14, 2026, at 5 p.m. at Hyatt Regency, Vazhuthacaud. The event celebrated homebuyers with the distribution of gold coins and the announcement of bumper prize winners selected through a transparent lucky draw.
A total of 18 winners were awarded gold coins, and from among them, two winners were selected through a lucky draw to receive bumper prizes of ₹3 lakh and ₹2 lakh respectively — offered in addition to the discounts already provided on each property booking made during the expo.

The ceremony was attended by prominent CREDAI leadership including Thiruvananthapuram Secretary Digvijaya Singh, Treasurer Advait R.S., and Property Expo Convener Biju Sadasivan. The prizes were formally distributed by Ashok Kumar Diwakar, DGM of State Bank of India.

Raghuchandran Nair revealed that CREDAI India has decided to hold its forthcoming India National Conference domestically — a decision aligned with the Prime Minister’s call to reduce foreign exchange outflow. The conference, originally planned in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, will now be hosted in India.
The CREDAI Thiruvananthapuram Property Expo is one of Kerala’s largest real estate exhibitions, bringing together leading builders and homebuyers under one roof to facilitate informed property decisions.
